Privacy policy

The short version: the Monster Puzzles app does not collect any information about you or your child.

Monster Puzzles is a puzzle game for iPhone made by Naboo Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information in the app, on this website and when you email us.

The app

What stays on the iPhone

The game saves your child's progress: levels, stars, scores, coins, settings, the chosen language and the name your child gives their monster. All of it is stored only on the iPhone. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

It is deleted when you delete the app or tap Start over in the parent area. Like any app's data, it is also part of the iPhone's own iCloud or computer backup if you use one; Apple handles those backups.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, names, email addresses or phone numbers
• No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone
• No advertising identifier, analytics or tracking of any kind
• No chat and no way to contact other players

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. Apple only tells the app which items were bought so it can unlock them. Apple's privacy policy applies to payments.

Ads

This version of the app shows no ads and contains no advertising or analytics code. We plan to add optional videos that a player can choose to watch for a reward; they will never interrupt play. Before a version with ads is released, we will update this policy to name the ad partner, explain what it collects and how to say no.

Children

Monster Puzzles is made for children and families. Because the app collects no personal information, it collects none from children. The parent area is behind a question for grown-ups. If you believe we have received information about a child, contact us and we will delete it.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We keep the conversation as long as we need it to help you, and delete it whenever you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to a data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection. Game data lives only on your iPhone, so the quickest way to delete it is to delete the app.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Important changes, such as adding ads, will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
