Terms of use

The basics

Monster Puzzles is made by Naboo Labs ("we", "us"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few things that are specific to Monster Puzzles. By playing the game you agree to both.

Children and parents

Monster Puzzles is made for children and families. Children should play with a parent's or guardian's permission, and the grown-up who owns the iPhone is responsible for purchases made on it. Apple's Ask to Buy and Screen Time let you approve or block purchases.

Free to play, optional purchases

The game is free to download, and every level can be played without paying. You can choose to buy coin packs, the Starter Bundle, No ads or the Monster Pass. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Apple handles payment, billing and refunds; you can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Coins and other items in the game

• Coins and other items in the game have no value outside it and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Progress, including coins, is stored only on the iPhone. Deleting the app or using Start over removes it, and we cannot bring it back.
• No ads and the Monster Pass are one-time purchases. You can restore them on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID: Settings, then Parent area, then Restore purchases.

Updates

We keep improving the game: we may add worlds and games, rebalance levels and rewards, and change features. Updates come through the App Store.

Ownership and fair use

The game, its puzzles, monsters, art, sounds and name belong to Naboo Labs. Please don't copy, change, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

No guarantees

We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
